Stan Getz did Big Band Bossa Nova with Gary Macfarland.Pete Turner is the photographer of the Lp Wave the album cover is the avatar for this club look at the original pkotos at his site.

You all are turning me on too fast. I'm a bit new to the Jazz.
So far i'm dealing with Bird, Monk, Gillespie, Tatum...
Also been listening to pre-jazz brazilian and latin forms.
Bossa does it the best, but it's hard to compare...
